Baked Apple Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 c. diced apples
  • 1 box Jiffy pie crust mix or 1 pkg. Ready-Crust
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Mix Jiffy pie crust according to directions and separate into two balls of dough.
  2. Roll out dough and place half the apples on one edge of each piece of dough.
  3. Roll into logs.
  4. Place log rolls into a baking dish or a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  5. Cut through the rolls, making 2-inch sections.
  6. Place them randomly in pan. (Don't worry about keeping it neat!)
