Baked Celery Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • herb salt
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt (not very much) and pepper.
  2. Mix celery soup (undiluted) and pimentos.
  3. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle herb salt on top. Bake 1 hour at 350° (moderate oven).
