Baked Egg

- aluminum foil
Instructions
- Cut foil into 12 x 18-inch pieces.
- Double fold foil into 9 x 12-inch pieces.
- Place egg in center of foil and twist excess foil, sealing in the egg.
- Place in coals.
- Turn frequently, about every minute.
- Test after 5 minutes.
- If it is too soft, reseal and put back on coals for another minute or two.
- If egg is too hard, your fire is too hot.
- Try again, but cut time down to 3 or 4 minutes.
