Ingredients

  • eggs
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Cut foil into 12 x 18-inch pieces.
  2. Double fold foil into 9 x 12-inch pieces.
  3. Place egg in center of foil and twist excess foil, sealing in the egg.
  4. Place in coals.
  5. Turn frequently, about every minute.
  6. Test after 5 minutes.
  7. If it is too soft, reseal and put back on coals for another minute or two.
  8. If egg is too hard, your fire is too hot.
  9. Try again, but cut time down to 3 or 4 minutes.
