Instructions
- Let biscuits set out for a few minutes before rolling out. Then roll out on floured surface.
- Roll out 1 biscuit per pie.
- To cook apples, add cinnamon and sugar in apples, then spread apples on rolled out biscuit.
- Fold over, brush with oil, dip fork in flour and press around edge of pie.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 325° for 10 minutes or brown.
- Yields 20 pies.
