Baked Herbed Tomato

Ingredients

  • 2 large fresh tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
  • 14 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12-1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease 8" square pan.
  3. Place tomatoes, cut side up, in pan.
  4. Top each tomato with cheese, basil and lemon pepper.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until soft and thoroughly heated.
