Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped or cubed leftover roast beef
  • 2 c. chopped potatoes, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk, cream or gravy

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Bake in a greased baking dish at 350° until mixture is hot and the top browned, for about 30 minutes.
