Baked Split Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Split the banana in half, lengthwise.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Dust with cinnamon and serve.
