Ingredients

  • 4 cups instant potato flakes
  • 3 12 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 teaspoons butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and butter together.
  2. Margarine can be used instead with no issues.
  3. Salt can be tossed in as well, but I don't use it.
  4. Remove the pot from heat.
  5. Mix in the milk and potato flakes.
  6. Stir until you get the desired consistancy.
  7. I usually stir for about 2-3 minutes when making this much.
  8. Add the banana extract.
  9. When its served fresh you won't taste the bananas much, but the cooler the potatoes get the more powerful the bananas will become.
