Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. rump roast
  • 1/2 bottle liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. Put the rump roast inside a cooking bag and make a few slits in the top of the bag.
  2. Place the cooking bag with the roast inside a crock-pot.
  3. Cook on low for approximately 10 hours.
  4. Remove the roast from the crock-pot and tearing it up with a fork.
  5. Return the shredded roast to the crock-pot.
  6. Cover with barbecue sauce and heat until hot through.
