Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (may be omitted)
  • 2/3 to 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Beat until smooth; dip and fry.
  2. May be used for onion rings, shrimp, fish fillets, etc.
