Battered Fried Apple Rings

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and cored

Instructions

  1. Beat Bisquick, eggs and milk together.
  2. Slice apples.
  3. Coat with mixture.
  4. Cook on griddle until golden brown, turning once. Serve with syrup, jelly or powdered sugar.
