Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch deep dish pie shell
  • 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, mixed together
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a 350 degree oven, bake pie shell for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Then-- Layer the sliced tomatoes in the bottom of the pie shell.
  3. Sprinkle salt& pepper to taste.
  4. Crumble bacon on top of tomatoes.
  5. Spread the cheese& mayonnaise mixture on top.
  6. Cook in 350 degree oven for another 35-40 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
