Ingredients

  • Beef 1lb
  • Onions 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1 Grind 1/4 of the onions, tomato, coriander powder, chilli and cumin in the blender with very little water.
  2. 2 Heat oil in medium heat in currying pan.
  3. 3 Add fennel powder the remaining onions and curry till golden brown
  4. 4 Add the ground ingredients with the garlic paste and turmeric powder and curry
  5. 5 Add 1 cup water (the amount will determine thin,medium,thick gracy) and close the pan and let it cook on low heat until the beef is cooked and desired consistency is reached
