Beef Stuffing Rouladens

Instructions
- Combine contents of vegetable seasoning packet, water, apple juice and butter.
- Stir until butter is melted.
- Stir in stuffing crumbs.
- Place 1/4 cup stuffing on each steak and roll up.
- Place Rouladens in baking dish, seam side down around the edges of the dish.
- Place remaining stuffing in the middle of the dish.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with mushroom sauce if desired.
- (A rouladen is something which is rolled up.)
