Beef Taco Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 20 large flour tortillas
  • 3 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 3 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans water

Instructions

  1. Roll boneless breasts in sour cream until coated.
  2. Crush potato chips and roll chicken in chips.
  3. Place chicken in greased flat baking dish.
  4. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter per breast.
  5. Crush medium clove of garlic and mix with butter.
  6. Drizzle over chicken. Bake at 325°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
