Ingredients

  • beets
  • 3 c. beet juice
  • 1 pkg. Sure-Jell
  • 3 oz. pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Leave roots and about 3-inches of tops on beets. Wash well and cook until tender. Strain juice and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and fill jelly jars.
