Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 brown onions
  • 1/2 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Peel eggplant, wash and cut all vegetables.
  2. Warm oil; add all ingredients.
  3. Simmer until soft, add salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with steak.
