Ingredients

  • apples, sliced and peeled

Instructions

  1. Place sugar and cinnamon in a bowl with a tight‑fitting lid; shake to combine.
  2. Dip each sliced apple into the sugar–cinnamon mixture and eat.
  3. If the child is not a dipper, put the apples in a bowl with a lid.
  4. Pour the sugar and cinnamon over the apples, then seal the lid.
  5. Let the child roll the bowl back and forth until the apples are fully coated.
