A refreshing berry tapioca salad with creamy Cool Whip, perfect for summer gatherings or light desserts, combining sweet berries, tender tapioca, and cool whipped topping.

Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil.
- Add tapioca and cook slowly for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add sugar.
- Stir well and add gelatin if using (note: gelatin not in original ingredients).
- Cool overnight in refrigerator.
- Before serving, add berries and Cool Whip.
