Berryless Raspberry Jam
A vibrant, tangy raspberry-flavored jam made with green tomatoes and raspberry jello, perfect for spreading on toast or using as a unique condiment for a fresh twist.

Instructions
- Measure 1 1/2 cups water and place it in a blender.
- Add green tomatoes to the blender so that the total blended mixture makes 4 1/2 cups.
- Use only green tomatoes with no hint of pink.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 cups sugar and boil for an additional 10 minutes.
- Skim foam off the top of the mixture.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the raspberry jello.
- Pour into a container and cover with paraffin and lids or refrigerate.
- Any flavored jello can be used.
