Instructions
- Mix water and yeast with whip.
- Add sugar, salt and
- 2 cups flour.
- Whip until mixed.
- Add egg, vegetable oil and about 3 cups flour.
- Stir with spoon until sticky.
- Knead in rest of flour. Can use same bowl.
- Wash bowl and oil.
- Put mixture into bowl and roll around in oil.
- Cover with Saran Wrap.
- Let rise twice, then shape into rolls or loaves.
- Let rise again.
- Bake at 350° the loaves 1 hour.
- Rolls less.
