- Mix flour and shortening.
- Pour milk in, stirring until all flour is moist.
- Knead gently and press out to 1/2-inch. Cut with biscuit cutter.
- Place on greased sheet.
- Brush with melted butter. Cook at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
