Ingredients

  • 11 medium potatoes
  • 5 apples
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of sugar
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice apples; set aside.
  2. Cook potatoes and rice while hot.
  3. Add flour and salt; mix.
  4. Roll out the size of a pie crust.
  5. Cover with apples, sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll up and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
