Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients to a soft dough.
  6. Drop by teaspoon into the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  7. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Makes about 1 dozen.
