Ingredients

  • 8 c. blackberry juice
  • 2 boxes Sure-Jell
  • 5 lb. sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour blackberry juice into a pan.
  2. Add Sure-Jell to the juice.
  3. Stir over high heat until the juice boils.
  4. Add sugar and Jell-O (Sure-Jell).
  5. Bring to a hard rolling boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the hot jelly into jars.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
