Instructions

  1. Place red potatoes in water and boil until fork-tender.
  2. Drain water; cover with cold water for a minute.
  3. Cut potatoes in half.
  4. Spray all over with Pam cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt to taste.
  6. Place potatoes on an outdoor grill.
  7. Turn once or twice with prongs during grilling.
  8. Cook until faces of potatoes are lightly charred and potatoes are heated through.
  9. Serve as usual.
