Blake'S Grilled Potatoes
Golden and smoky grilled potatoes with crispy edges, perfect as a side dish for summer barbecues or family dinners. The skin-on potatoes are boiled, seasoned, and grilled to achieve a tender interior with a lightly charred exterior. Suitable for outdoor gatherings and casual meals.

Instructions
- Place red potatoes in water and boil until fork-tender.
- Drain water; cover with cold water for a minute.
- Cut potatoes in half.
- Spray all over with Pam cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt to taste.
- Place potatoes on an outdoor grill.
- Turn once or twice with prongs during grilling.
- Cook until faces of potatoes are lightly charred and potatoes are heated through.
- Serve as usual.
