Ingredients

  • 5 c. green tomatoes
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Chop green tomatoes in blender.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Boil together 15 minutes.
  4. Skim.
  5. Dump in Jell-O.
  6. Stir and put in hot jars with lids or paraffin.
