Blood Orange Mojitos

Ingredients

  • 1 blood orange, cut into wedges
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 12 mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 shots white rum
  • 1 (12-ounce) can club soda or seltzer water

Instructions

  1. Divide the citrus fruit, mint leaves and sugar between 4 glasses.
  2. Muddle the fruit until the juice has been extracted.
  3. Add a shot of rum to each glass and stir.
  4. Fill each glass with ice.
  5. Top with club soda, stir and serve garnished with a mint sprig.
