Ingredients

  • 20 oz. package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 21 oz. can blueberry/strawberry pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Measure and set aside 1/2 cup of cookie dough.
  3. Pat the remaining cookie dough evenly in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  4. Spoon blueberry/strawberry pie filling over the dough.
  5. Break off small pieces of the remaining dough and scatter over the filling.
  6. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool and cut into squares.
