Blueberry-Pineapple Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 box butter cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo, melted

Instructions

  1. Spread pineapple in bottom of 8 x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle blueberries over pineapple. Sprinkle sugar and then the dry cake mix evenly over the blueberries.
  2. Drizzle butter over cake mix.
  3. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
  4. Top with whipped topping to serve, if desired.
