Ingredients

  • 5 c. peeled and diced apples
  • 3 slices pineapple, diced
  • 2 tsp. red cinnamon candies
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and let set while preparing 9-inch pie crust.
  2. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
