Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes of uniform size
  • Boiling water to cover
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes till the under-skin is a bit visible. Cover with boiling salted water. Cook covered for 20 - 30 minutes or until just tender. Drain and if needed, peel jackets off the potatoes.
