Ingredients

  • 2 cans White House apples
  • 2 capfuls lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Combine water, sugar, lemon juice, and red food coloring in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the canned apples to the boiling mixture.
  3. Bring the mixture back to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
