Boiled Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs spinach, trimmed,rinsed and patted dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Place spinach in a large pot of boiling water.
  2. Cook 3-5 minutes .
  3. Then drain.
  4. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with salt and dot with butter.
