Boiled White Turnips

Instructions
- Wash and peel turnips.
- Slice in 1/4-inch slices.
- In kettle or pot, cover turnips with water, 1 teaspoon salt and salt pork. Boil 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain; season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Dress with plenty of margarine.
