Ingredients

  • chicken (your favorite)
  • barbecue sauce
  • beer
  • mayonnaise
  • garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put your chicken, skinned, in a shallow baking pan.
  2. Thin barbecue sauce down to a soupy consistency by adding a mixture of beer,
  3. mayo and spices.
  4. Pour over chicken and then bake in oven at 375° for about 45 minutes.
  5. Cooking time depends on type of chicken parts used.
  6. Done when chicken falls off bone.
  7. Serves as much as you make.
