Instructions
- Cut wings apart at both joints (save tips for soup stock). In large bowl, combine wings with other ingredients and marinate overnight.
- Drain and save marinade.
- Heat oven to 450°.
- Arrange wings on rack in roasting pan.
- Roast 35 to 45 minutes or until crisp.
- Spoon marinade over wings several times while cooking.
