Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon walnut vinegar (or 1 teaspoon walnut oil)
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pure olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons bourbon

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the molasses, vinegars, and shallot in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk in the olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the bourbon.
