Ingredients

  • boneless round steak
  • shortening
  • meat tenderizer
  • garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown round steak in shortening.
  2. Liberally sprinkle one side of steak with remaining ingredients.
  3. Roll steak up with seasoning side in and tie with string.
  4. Put in a covered dish and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Prepare sauce for cooking the next day.
