Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 125 grams Gluten-free rice flour
  • 125 grams Rye flour
  • 12 grams Amazake (concentrated)
  • 4 grams Salt
  • 200 ml Water
  • 10 grams Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the rice and rye flour in the bread maker.
  2. Put the amazake, salt, and water in the corners of the case.
  3. Create a cavity at the top of the flour mountain and add the olive oil there (it's okay if it flows out!
  4. ).
  5. Start baking on the "rice flour / no wheat flour" course (if available).
  6. Remove from the case once it finishes baking.
  7. Wait until it's completely cooled before cutting, and use a small bread knife, warmed, for the best cut.
