Ingredients

  • 2-3 catfish fillets

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry fillet. Cut in half, lengthwise. Dip in beaten egg white to coat, coat with bread crumb mixture and place on greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
