Broccoli And Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 can drained bean sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute the broccoli in the oil.
  2. Add stems first, sliced thin, then add tops, chopped.
  3. Add the bean sprouts and soy sauce. Cover; steam for 10 minutes.
