Broiled Fish Steaks

Ingredients

  • 6 fish steaks (approximately 1/2 inch thick and about 5 oz. each)
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Herb Seasoning (recipe to follow)
  • paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  3. Lightly coat both sides of each fish piece with mayonnaise.
  4. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the Lemon Herb Seasoning and paprika.
  6. Broil 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Turn fish and sprinkle with remaining seasonings.
  8. Broil for another 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork or is no longer translucent. Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of fresh parsley.
  9. Serve immediately.
