Butter Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs stewing beef
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place beef in a crockpot.
  2. Top with pats of butter.
  3. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over beef and butter.
  4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Or on high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.
