Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind

Instructions

  1. Cream butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Add brown sugar gradually, beating to a light, fluffy mass.
  3. Stir in orange rind. Serve on pancakes or waffles instead of syrup.
