Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 c. sliced apples
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • Topping (following)

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine lemon juice and apples; toss until coated.
  2. Stir in sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Cover edges with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
