Cabbage Strudels

- Cook cabbage and drain.
- Mix cabbage, sour cream, curry powder and salt.
- Fold 1 phyllo leaf crosswise into halves.
- Brush with margarine.
- (Cover others with damp towel.)
- Fold leaf crosswise into halves again.
- Brush.
- Place 1/2 cup cabbage down center of leaf.
- Fold long sides, then short, overlapping.
- Place strudel, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Repeat with remaining leaves.
- Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven until brown, about 30 minutes.
