Ingredients

  • 7 ounces calisson cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • heavy cream 20 cl.
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together until you have a smooth and uniform mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and mix for about 30 minutes.
  3. Put the ice cream in a container and place in the freezer for a few hours.
  4. Remove the ice cream a few minutes before serving.
