Instructions
- Brown the chicken in small amount of fat.
- (Electric pan preferred.) Remove chicken from pan. Slice off in small pieces the outside of 1 lemon (1 lemon for 4 pieces of chicken).
- Put in bottom of frypan.
- Place chicken back in pan. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with rosemary and pour 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar over each piece.
- Cook until done.
