Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken breast per person
  • lemon
  • rosemary
  • balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken in small amount of fat.
  2. (Electric pan preferred.) Remove chicken from pan. Slice off in small pieces the outside of 1 lemon (1 lemon for 4 pieces of chicken).
  3. Put in bottom of frypan.
  4. Place chicken back in pan. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with rosemary and pour 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar over each piece.
  5. Cook until done.
