Ingredients

  • 1 can beef hash or corned beef hash
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place hash in large frypan.
  2. Brown lightly.
  3. Place eggs over hash.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook to desired egg doneness.
